CRUSH

Heavily inspired by Crush from Finding Nemo, this piece features a green faux stretch leather fabric under a green velvet turtle print stretch mesh. The trim and lettering are silver mystique foil spandex. The construction of this gear was mostly created via patterning, but since it was my first time creating a top like this, I attempted draping the mesh that connects into the collar piece as shown. The kneepad covers are 1" elastic on top and 0.5" elastic on bottom under green faux stretch leather with the middle consisting only of velvet stretch mesh.
